Peter is a Managing Director of Relationship Management at Allocate, where he is responsible for leading Allocate’s effort in partnering with wealth advisory firms as they look to grow and expand their Alternatives allocations.

Allocate is a leading, venture-backed private markets technology platform, with an overarching goal to modernize private market investing for investors. Since launching in 2021, Allocate has seen significant growth, with over $2.6BN in assets under management and administration, working with over 350 global wealth advisory firms. This includes three core solutions: curated investment opportunities, across venture capital, private equity, and private credit, including co-investments; white label fund solutions, from single asset SPVs to multi-manager portfolios; and third-party alternative performance reporting and tracking for held-away alternatives.

Prior to joining Allocate in September 2023, Peter spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, including 7 years within J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternatives group. As an Executive Director, Alternatives Product Specialist, Peter led J.P. Morgan’s efforts in designing, building, and managing multi-Alternatives solutions, as well as helping to launch J.P. Morgan's distribution of Alternatives to RIAs and wealth management firms. This included leading J.P. Morgan’s partnership with iCapital Network in 2018. Peter started his career at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in 2012, where he generated thematic investment ideas across public and private markets and worked with many of the largest families in Los Angeles.

Peter holds a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.A. in International Finance and Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Peter has his series 3, 7, and 63 licenses. Peter lives in New York City with his wife and three little kids (Zeke, Dahlia, and Theo). Outside work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, running, and spending time outdoors.
