Managing Director, Co-Head of the US Mid and Large Cap, and Technology Equity Businesses, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Sung is a managing director in Fundamental Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He serves as co-head of the US Mid and Large Cap, and Technology Equity businesses, overseeing the portfolio management and investment research for the team’s actively managed strategies. Sung is also the portfolio manager for the technology opportunities, future technology leaders, future economic security and large cap growth strategies. He has had research responsibilities across a number of sectors, including Technology, Telecommunications, Consumer Discretionary and Financials. Sung joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Sung was a management consultant with a focus on healthcare at Deloitte Consulting. Sung serves on the board of the Hopkins Center for the Advancement of Arts at Dartmouth College. Sung earned a BA in Applied Mathematics from Dartmouth College in 2001. He is a CFA charterholder.
